This beautiful apartment sleeps up to 4 people with one bed room and a very comfortable pull-out couch bed in the living room, ideal for families with children. Imagine waking up every day to the welcoming glow of the sun and enjoying the sweet kiss of amazing sunset lit sky in the evening, overlooking the Caribbean Sea from 90 meters above sea level, but so close that you can hear the waves in Fisherman’s Cove. This apartment is very specious with 130 sqm (1399 sqf), which includes a large, private wrap around balcony connecting you to the surrounding nature and Caribbean Sea. Everything is brand new, state of the art, fully equipped with all appliances including full kitchen, refrigerator, stove, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, A/C units and cable TV’s in living and bedroom, iron, safety lock box, interlinked fire/CO detectors, and high speed internet. The building is very safe and fully Hurricane proof with state-of-the-art impact windows and doors. Dedicated parking spots are available for each apartment.
